Innocent Desire
(Poem request by lady Nyssa aka LadyBug)
Her tormented body lies in the dark,
Tortured and battered,
Scars are painted all over her flesh,
Each day a new torture began,
Pouring on her like hot oil.
Her cries were left unheard,
Her screams faded into the darkness.
Pleas to stop the sufferings fall on deaf ears.
How much her soul wished to be release,
Free from pain to paradise in eternity.
But it is locked in her heart,
A heart full of hope,
Hope to live on and find happiness in morality,
To taste life's precious enlightment.
Days passed she shed tears of blood,
Keeping a smile on her face true the hope from her heart,
A beam of light shines on her from above,
"An angel to bring me to paradise?"
"Am I dead? Lost the chance vanquish my hope?"
She thought.
Out of the light a hand reached out for her,
She hesistate to reach out,
Her heart push her to grab the hand.
She closed her eyes,
Then everything went bright.
Something brought her back in the light.
Something which if full of warm.
Something that felt like,
true love.
